At Aniimeshop SIA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure that you are fully aware of your rights and responsibilities regarding returns.

  1. Returns

You have the right to return the products purchased within 14 days from the date you received them without giving any reason. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

  1. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the details of the items you wish to return. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process.

  1. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  1. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

  1. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for returned items. If you need a different size, color, or product, please place a new order on our website.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at with your order number and a description of the issue. We will assess the issue described and do our utmost to fix the issue in the best possible manner. We will not be able to assist if we have not been made aware of any issues within 1 week of receiving the item. 

In case there is damage to the box the shipment arrive in make sure to take pictures before opening up the shipment so there is possibility of opening up a case with the post delivery service if the shipment has been damaged.
